How to use daily:

1. Focus Massage: Apply one drop to the child's wrists or nape of the neck before starting an activity that requires concentration. You can also mix one drop into their usual moisturising cream.

2. Direct Inhalation: Allow the child to gently breathe the aroma directly from the bottle or place 2 to 4 drops in the diffuser during study time.

3. Calming Bath: Add a few drops to a warm bath at the end of the day to help unwind from overstimulation.
